Ingredients
2 cups 2 mayonnaise
1/2 cup 1/2 sour cream
1/4 cup 1/4 fresh green onion, thinly sliced
8 oz 8 water chestnuts, drained, chopped
1 tsp 1 salt
1/2 tsp 1/2 pepper
10 oz 10 fresh spinach, chopped
Directions
- Combine and stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, green onion, water chestnuts, salt, and pepper until well blended
- Place chopped cooked spinach in several layers of paper towel or a clean cloth towel then squeeze out excess water. Spinach will reduce in size and become compact.
- Add the chopped spinach to the mixture and stir until well blended with no clumps of spinach.
- STORE in refrigerator.
